Clinical Trials Platform
Status · In Development
We are building India’s first AI-native clinical trials platform, launching in Q3 2026. The platform sits on the Apollo Hospitals patient network and the India Biomarker Atlas, and is designed to compress the timeline from protocol approval to last-patient-out by 30–50%.
What we are building
Patient enrollment via the Apollo network
Direct funnel into a pan-India patient population of 150,000+ daily encounters. AI-assisted eligibility matching from structured EHR data; consent management built on the DigiLocker / ABDM stack.
Biomarker-guided patient stratification
Real-time stratification against the India Biomarker Atlas. Enroll only patients with the right responder profile — reducing trial size by 40–60% in stratified indications.
Decentralized trial orchestration
Apollo’s pan-India footprint enables truly decentralized trials. Site-of-care visits replaced by Apollo clinic visits + home phlebotomy. End-to-end logistics handled by the LabOS Execution Broker.
DPDP-compliant consent & data layer
Federated consent management. Trial data stays on Apollo-sovereign infrastructure; only de-identified analytics traverse the network. Built natively for the New Drugs and Clinical Trials Rules 2019 and DPDP Act 2023.
Real-time safety & efficacy monitoring
Live EHR + biomarker telemetry feeds the QC / Validator Agent. Anomaly detection surfaces safety signals weeks earlier than traditional pharmacovigilance pipelines. DSMB-ready reports auto-generated.
Adaptive trial design
Bayesian adaptive designs supported natively. Mid-trial protocol amendments routed through ClinicalBridge regulatory translation. Compatible with both pivotal and Phase 2 dose-finding studies.
Why India needs this
India is the world’s 3rd largest clinical trial destination by volume but trails far behind in trial sophistication. The $3B+ Indian CRO market runs on processes that have not materially changed in 15 years. We are building the platform that converts that volume into precision: faster trials, stratified populations, decentralized execution, and regulator-ready data packages from day one.
