Our planned Expression workflow is designed to screen hundreds or thousands of protein variants using high-throughput cell-free systems, then return expression, solubility, and yield measurements across the selected conditions.

Multiple expression systems
Plan E. coli- or yeast-based cell-free expression, or compare yield across both systems where the current workflow supports it.

Use a rapid split-GFP screen or add detailed yield measurement with capillary electrophoresis and Quant-iT.

The planned workflow supports E. coli- and yeast-based cell-free expression. You can request the most suitable system or a comparison across both, subject to feasibility review.
How is expression yield quantified?
A split-GFP fluorescence readout supports rapid screening. Capillary electrophoresis and Quant-iT provide more detailed quantitative yield measurements.
What protein formats are supported?
The workflow supports a broad range, including peptides, miniproteins, natural ligands, and antibody formats such as Fabs. Final acceptance follows technical review.
Can I add QC such as SEC?
Yes. Size-exclusion chromatography is available on request to assess monomeric and oligomeric states.
Can protein samples be shipped to me in India?
For accepted programs, sample recovery and shipping are scoped case by case. Programmable Bio can arrange eligible local shipments via Sequel LifeCare, including temperature-controlled handling when required. Packaging, documentation, serviceability, transit conditions, and charges are confirmed before dispatch.
Is the INR amount my final invoice?
No. INR is an indicative conversion at ₹95.77 per US dollar as of 25 August 2026. The final quote uses the applicable conversion at confirmation and separately identifies GST, duties, import costs, and Sequel Logistics charges.
